The most frequently implemented norms are ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005.

Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2000 is the most widespread norm standard in the world. It comes from the process management and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) module and it is possible to implement it in all kinds of companies no matter its size or branch of activity. Its implementation brings the company many benefits, such as the increased productivity, decreased cost on administration and production, transparency of the documentation structure. QMS guarantees that all customer requirements, which are not against the legal requirements, are fulfilled. The QMS documentation must be simple and understandable for all employees in the company and the record documentation must be simple for users.
